A minor one, is that people wanting to buy aren't including prices (which was labeled a must under the new rules). For some, I think it's because they've not done a buy thread before, but others have been at the game long enough to know better.
The one that does somewhat irk me is the itrader. As of late, as a buyer, I'm not getting an itrader rating until the seller has shipped the item, I've received it, and given feedback first. Pretty sure feedback should be given when your counterpart performs their part of the transaction.

I recently bought a round of purchases off HCRealms, paid promptly, communicated well (I think), left feedback as soon as I got the items and roughly 1/2 left me feedback.
And I wont delete off PMs from a transaction until I consider it complete (including feedback). I won't deal with someone again who hasn't left feedback.
Next DC Set Wants: Rick Flagg, Asmodel, Ragdoll, Jeanette, Faith, Salaak, Larfleez, Saint Walker, Warth, Sayd, Scar, Atrocitus, Dex-Star, Star Saphire (Carol Farris), Indigo-One, Congorilla, and remakes of Deadshot, and Mongul as leader of the Sinestro Corps
OUR Signature : What would our itrader score be if sellers posted feedback, before waiting for us? (and even after we say all ok). What is up with that?

However in fairness (and not to beat the dead horse), Ebay feedback system is still worse
What would our itrader score be if sellers posted feedback, before waiting for us? . We are Canadian and as such we deal International.

E-bay in general is worse.
I'd be tempted to sticky your signature across the sale/auction forum.

Are they refusing to give feedback unless you do first, or is that just the way the timing works out?
You shouldn't give feedback on an incomplete transaction. The transaction is not complete until both parties have what they should have and everyone is satisfied.
It just happens to be convenient for the buyer to leave feedback while notifying the seller that he received the item, or for the buyer to consider that feedback notification for the seller. Otherwise the buyer would need to come on twice, once to notify the seller and again to leave feedback.
I doubt it's any sort of malice on anyone's part, just the most convenient system for both parties.
I mostly gave up trading after being ripped and whatnot. I just save up some extra cash and buy what I want online. I have a better chance of fighting it if something goes wrong that way. Hate to be negative but that is just the way it is.
If I make you a trade offer, even if you think it's ridiculous, please at least respond with a kind and simple "Thanks but no thanks."
Couple things to remember about the itrader stuff. Some, if not most, people on this site who have sale threads are dealing with multiple people at once. Sometimes 5-10 people plus at a time. So if you pay for an item, and don't get feedback that day, wait probably 2 days. If they still haven't left feedback send them a PM asking if they could leave your feedback. The rules do state that a seller should leave feedback immediately when payment is received. If they don't leave feedback after that, or try to say "I will when you get your figs" report it to a mod, or just wait until you get the figs, and then leave them neutral feedback. If they aren't following the rules, then neutral feedback should be left.
As far as the Buy List thread goes - I dunno, I guess it's a rule you have to put prices on what you want to spend, but I'm not sure what the point is. I just put a buy thread up last week, but I didn't put prices. I just forgot you need prices, but I don't even know that you should get frustrated by that really.
The itrader is a bigger deal. Sellers should leave feedback immediately, or at least within a day.

This.
When I sell I'll happily leave you feedback first if you request it, otherwise when you leave feedback I leave my feedback right after. When you're selling you can be dealing with a lot of buyers, it's a lot easier to keep track via the buyers contacting you/giving feedback.
I fail to see why you wouldn't leave feedback immediately after receiving the payment from the buyer.
Their part of the transaction is complete. Nothing either party can do after that would affect the itrader that the seller is leaving. I guess unless the buyer tries to do something like file a paypal dispute right away or cancel the check they sent before the bank cashes it. I dunno, something crazy.
Come on, nobody out there remembers that as being a rule? You're all against me I know it!!!!!!!!!! GAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

There's a shipping delay. The buyer becomes increasingly belligerent regarding their demands that the item appear, even though it's completely out of your control.
The item arrives. The buyer insists that the item is somehow flawed and demands to return the item or get a partial refund.
The buyer insists the item never came, but you have DC verification. He refuses to accept that.
You made an honest mistake, but the buyer is a major jerk about it and makes unreasonable demands for compensation.
The buyer still has an role in the transaction even though the item is out of the seller's hands. If he engages in behavior which would make selling process more difficult, that's exactly the kind of thing that should be recorded in feedback.
