Hi, a quick question. When one is attacking a figure on top of a building or other elevated terrain, what is your range? I've heard that your range is cut in half during this instance, and I've also heard that it is only minus one for range to a elevated figure. Or is that only for Outwit and Perplex and Probability Control and such? Please help, and Thanx!
Thanx for your reply. So you're saying if spidey is on the edge of the roof and firelord is on the ground and within 8 squares, firelord can use R.C.E to hit spidey? I can't believe I've been in tournaments and this never came up. Is T.K. the only power that you would subtract 1 for? Thanx!

That is correct, Firelord can target Spidey with no problems (providing there is a clear Line Of Fire) in the scenario you described.
Currently TK is the only power that subtracts 1 to a range attack BUT only to an elevated target from the ground.
(note: the -1 does not apply to simply moving figures or objects to the roof ONLY to TK attacks with objects).
