I'm still pretty new to the game, and have a few questions about some abilities.
1) Mind Control: Is a hero with MC able to move and then use their MC ability?
2) Rejuvenation: When does rejuvenation take place? Is it during a defense? or During the hero's controlling players turn?
Scenario: Thanos has Rejuv on the last and 2nd to last clicks on his dial. If he's attacked and is dropped to his last or 2nd to last click, and then is immediately attacked again by a different hero from the same player, can he use his rejuv ability during the 2nd attack? Allowing him to potentially heal and survive the attack?
3) Outwit: Does outwit last an entire Round, or player turn? Or does it just last one move?
Scenario: Outwit is used on a hero to counter Invulnerability. Is Invulnerability only countered during that one attack, or does it last the whole round? Or is it countered for just that attacking players turn?
Thanks for all the help.
Really appreciate it. Some powers seem to have some interpretation to them.
1) No, and I think you mean "regeneration." It is a power action and can only be used on your turn.
2) No, he may only use it on your turn as a power action.
3) Entire round until the beginning of your next turn. Unless the character using outwit loses the ability or the player being outwitted gains a different defensive power. Say his Inv. gets outwitted and he takes damage from an attack and he now has toughness, so he would be able to use toughness.

1) No, you can't do a 'movement' action (such as charge/running shot/hypersonic speed) with mind control. The exception to this would be the LE Victor Doom, who actually can perform a running shot with mind control combo. the reason you can't, is because both mind control and charge/running shot are 'Power Actions'. you can't give your character two non-free actions in the same turn. Edit: When doing a running shot/charge, those powers do allow the character to perform a close/ranged combat action as though it were a 'free' action.
2) Regeneration is actually a 'Power Action' and thus, must be done on your turn. It is a tokenable action (non-free), so if you push a character to do it and that character doesn't have willpower or indomitable, you will take 1 damage after healing.
3) Outwit lasts until the beginning of your next turn. So, if you outwit a character at the very beginning of your current turn, whatever power/ability you've outwitted will remain as such until the beginning of your next turn or until that character loses the power that was originally outwitted.

M&M AoA Jean Grey can do the Running Shot/Mind Control Combo too, for what its worth.

While a different power won't be affected by the Outwit, keep in mind that getting a different power does not actually end the Outwit. For example, if you Outwit a character's Invulnerability and attack that character, the Invulnerability will be countered. The character then clicks to Toughness. As you said the Toughness is not countered. However, when the character is attacked again and clicked to Invulnerability again, the Invulnerability is still Outwitted.

Actually Victor Von Doom cannot use Running Shot and Mind Control together.
From the Player's Guide:
Quote
Mind Swap: Victor Von Doom can use Running Shot and Mind Control (as if he had ).
This special power is no different than a power that lets a character use HSS and Phasing/Teleport. You still need to follow the rules for using the power and Running Shot and Mind Control do not go together for the reasons you laid out. Jean Grey on the other hand can use them together via Telepathic Assault because Telepathic Assault specifically allows those powers to be used together.
From the Player's Guide:
Quote
Telepathic Assault: Jean Grey can use Mind Control and Running Shot. When Jean Grey uses Running Shot, she can use Mind Control as a free action instead of being given a ranged combat action.
