So I thought I read somewhere that the new PAC and rulebook are in effect May 1st, which would be today, but I can't seem to find the reference. Can somebody in Orange confirm this for me, or advise as to when they ARE truly in effect? I saw the modern age update article saying that the new tourney guide and retirements go into effect on May 15th. But I can't find the date for the PAC/Rulebook.......
