Slym and Redd: Give Cyclops/Phoenix a power action. They can then be given two free actions to use Force Blast and Telekinesis, once each.

Rigorous Trainers: Cyclops/Phoenix can use Leadership and Enhancement. When using Enhancement, the adjacent friendly character also modifies its attack value by +1.

Can I use Slym and Redd to use Telekinesis even if I am not able to/planning on using Force Blast?
Yes. Depending on how long you've been paying attention to Cyclops/Phoenix, you may have heard a ruling that you needed to be able to use both powers when the action was assigned. That is no longer the case, though; their Slym and Redd power was tweaked to give you the option to only use part of it rather than requiring you use all of it. So you can simply use just TK by itself or just Force Blast by itself.
