If you Outwit a White box special power, do you outwit everything in the white box or jus one of the powers specifically if the target has 2 or more in the box?

The whole special power would be Outwitted. You can't pick and choose.
However, you can Outwit a single power found in a Trait, if the trait specifically says that they "possess the power."
For example, if a Trait said, "This character possesses Charge and Leap/Climb, and can use Perplex."
You would be able to Outwit Charge or Leap/Climb with one use of Outwit (so you could pick and choose there), but you wouldn't be able to Outwit their Perplex, because they don't possess it.

If you outwit a special power everything written under that power is outwitted
