Okay, I haven't been on this in a while and I'm confused on the new rules. The one question I have is can you use running shot and ranged combat expert in the same action now as I heard someone say you can with the new rules. Someone please let me know if this is true and if so where I can find it and if there is a link to it. Thanks for the help fellow gamers!!

No, they are still both power actions, so it's one or the other.

No, you couldn't before and still can't. Running shot lets you move up to half your speed and then be given a ranged combat action. Ranged Combat expert requires a power action to be used.
