Do ATAs carry over to alter ego characters?

If I'm using Norman Osborn from WoS with the Thunderbolts ATA, then use his alter ego ability to switch him out to the Green Goblin, does the Thunderbolts ATA still apply to Green Goblin?

Green goblin should since he has the tbolt keyword.

Now I don't think iron patriot does so would he still have it?

Yes, because Green Goblin has the Thunderbolts keyword. However, if you switched to Iron Patriot it would not, because IP does not have the proper keyword.
