This tournament is going to combine elements of World Cup Soccer (pool play), NCAA basketball March Madness (Sweet 16 regional pairing), and Privateer Press Gen Con tournies (multi-lists).

Players will be split up into pools based on regions/time zones that you live in. You will play against those participants in your pool, and the top 2-4 players will move on to the Sweet 16.

Just like March Madness (single elimination) you’ll be split into regions, needing 3 wins to reach the finals. For those three rounds, you’ll have 3 Single Monster lists, using each monster only once. In the Finals, the two participants will get to choose a monster from one of their 3 lists.

Maybe a little tight for a deadline, since I know some of you are going to Gen Con, but let my know by end of day this upcoming Wednesday (August 3rd) if you would like to participate.
