Hey - I was wondering if you can "pass your turn"? As in, make no moves and just clear your figures. If so - can you pass your turn even when you have moves you can make?
Example: Player 1 - "I pass"
Player 2 - moves figures
Player 1 - moves figures... etc....
Can that happen?
Also.... how many times can you "pass" your turn? Can you pass back and forth until the time runs out?
Well at some point you will probably HAVE to take a "Pass" turn to rest your figures, I'm guessing. The example you gave is perfectly legal. It comes up a lot in multiplayer games at one of my venues. If you go first, chances are you're going to pass so that the other players don't eat you alive.

No rules about it. Theoretically a player can pass for 45 minutes and never touch the dice after an initiative roll.
Unless they have characters that are required to rule for abilities they have.

The term "pass" is never used in the rulebook with respect to "passing the turn". However, you are not obligated to use all of your actions, and there's no rule requiring you to use at least one action, so passing exists by default. Even if there were a rule requiring you to do something, you could do something that was almost nothing (a free action, a move of zero, an attack on blocking terrain with a character that only has a damage value of 1) that passing exists in the game, no matter how you look at it.
Thank you for the comments. I think it mostly cleared it up. My main question stems from time limits per turn.
Assuming that what was said above is correct, then passing the turn without using an action is legal; how long can I take on my turn before passing the turn without using an action?
I am specifically asking in regards to Heroclix World Champ Events where the judges are Wizkids officials.
In general, I assume it is up to the opinion of the judge
Add up the points of his team, If it's more than yours, you win. Pass Pass Pass. That's why I like my teams to be about 20-30 points under(and not having feats helps that out) That why if I run into this kind of D-Bag, I thank em for the win.....

I agree. This assumes that no figure was K.O.'d.
I use this methodology in sealed. I usually select a high point figure, K.O. one figure and force the opponent to rush me which gives you a distinct advantage.
The reason I asked was because a situation similar to this happened to me. Where I had Ganthet and my opponent had 4 figures. His turns took about 5-10 minutes. So I made my turn take equally as long and he called the judge and was upset. Luckily the judge ruled that equal turn times are fair regardless of team size so I was alright. I just wanted to see if there was an official ruling.

Although your venue might run of different, the official rule is you base wins off points of KO'd figures and not what a teams whole point cost. So if both end the game with 0 points it goes to dice roll for winner and not who builds a smaller team.
