Hi, my question regards the Mr. Fantastic from secret invasion.

Can you use his ability with Brilliant tactician? Thus granting a +2 perplex to any character with whom he shares a keyword and has clear line to? Any help is appreciated.

Quick answer is yes

Long answer is look at Brilliant Tac feat, it requires both outwit and perplex, outwit does not have to be showing at the same time...

But yes, anyone that shares a keyword with him would be granted the +2, anyone else would only get a +1
