Red Kryptonite
Characters within 4 squares must roll a d6 immediately before they are given a non-free action. On a roll of 1-2, the character is given a power action to do nothing instead, but can use Perplex until your next turn if they can't already use it.


So if you roll a 3-4-5-6 nothing happens?
You can only use perplex by giving yourself a "Power Action" and rolling a 1-2?

Making sure I am understanding this correctly.

On a roll of 3, 4, 5, or 6 you do the non-free action as normal. If you roll a 1 or a 2 the figure is given a power action to do nothing, but gets to use Perplex.

3-4-5-6 you can still use perplex with no power action? Or just continue on with what you currently were/can do...

Meaning I can see this used as a defensive method.

3-6 the kryptonite has no effect, so you continue with the action as normal. It's only on a 1-2 that you get the empty power action and the perplex.

This can certainly be used defensively! Leech, this rock, some people with incapacitate and outwit and prob...no one'll do ANYTHING!
