I recently played a game with AN Superman #50 on the new Superman Fortress of Solitude-map, and got curious, does "grounded" ALWAYS mean elevation 1? Or does elevation 2 count as grounded if you're on elevation 3? If no, does this mean Supes can only "Superman can use leap climb. When he uses leap climb, if he starts his movement on elevated terrain and ends on grounded terrain, he can then make a close combat attack as a free action." to end in the middle squares?

Grounded always refers to Elevation level 1

Though if brought up I can see it being errata'd to mean a lower level.
