I have a DC character question.

Does anyone know if either Chameleon Boy of Legion, or Beast Boy of Teen Titans/Doom Patrol, has ever used their abilities to turn into any insect forms? Granted, CB's forms would probably be of a futuristic nature, and BB's would be all green etc, but the point stands - I need to know if they have ever assumed the mantle of any bugs?

I see; forgive me, but I also forgot to ask about Vixen, from Suicide Squad, and Animal Man as well, in my original question.

Animal Man has used the power of an insect.

Vixen tends to only use powers of "big" African animals. But I haven't read every Vixen appearance. Still, she doesn't have much of a bug connection apart from her totem having been created by Anansi the spider.

Yes, Chameleon Boy has turned into an insect before. Chameleon Boy is of the Durlan race, who are all shapeshifters, including his father & Legion benefactor, R.J. Brande.

I'm not sure if Beast Boy has or not, but I'm certain he's capable of it.

There was a Green Lantern insect named Bzzd.

yup the Shrimp was one of the better ones as well as:
Replication ability of bacteria.
The Regrowth ability of an Earthworm.

But yeah one of his GO TO abilities to take is the endurance of a Roach.

Beast Boy changed into a small flying insect in the Titans/X-Men crossover and has used their tiny size quite often to evade

Chameleon Boy has imitated insects of all planets, both the tiny ones of Earth and massive monsters from around the UP
