Not sure if this has been ruled or not but can cyborg superman eat the gamma bomb as part of his trait? Cyborg superman does not destroy the object but removes it from the game? Has this been ruled yet

Since he (as you said) does not destroy the bomb, he simply removes it, then yes he can remove the bomb from the game.
