A handful of questions (that I couldn't find in any other threads)
1.) Can multiple Gauntlets be assigned to a single team?
2.) Can multiple Gauntlets be assigned to a single character?
3.) Can I assign the Guantlet to a different character on my team each round?
Relevant text:
Cost - Infinity Gauntlet costs 10 points, plus 5 points for each Gem attached to it. At least one Gem must be attached to the gauntlet to activate it. You can't attach more than one of the same type of gem.
Assign - Infinity Gauntlet is assigned to a character when you reveal your force and only that character can use its effects. When assigned character is KO'd, opponent scores the Infinity Gauntlet.
Setup - Infinity Gauntlet dial begins on the green line, but does not have a KO click; the dial may rotate past the starting line. You may not add special objects to your force if Infinity Gauntlet is part of it.
Turning the Dial - At the end of your turn, if assigned character was given a non-free action this turn, choose one: 1) deal assigned character 1 unavoidable damage; or 2) roll a d6 that can't be rerolled and turn the Infinity Gauntlet dial to the right that many times; or 3) if Infinity Gauntlet dial has a special power visible, you may choose to do nothing.
Using Effects - When a Gem, a standard power or a special power is revealed on the dial, assigned character can use the effects associated with that if they can't already. You may only use the Gem effects if that Gem is attached.
I thought I read somewhere that WK RA's can't comment since it hasn't been officially previewed, but it has been officially released and therefore tournament legal, right?
Thanks for the help. I just want to know what to expect to see in tomorrow's tournament.
I'm curious -- what wording is this? It says to assign it to a figure on your force as you reveal your force ... when can you reassign it?
Since you assign it when you reveal your force, you can assign it with each game at the moment you are revealing your force. This is different from Feats because those are assigned when you're building your team (page 20 in the Rulebook).
I have another IG question. Is it true that you can only use the gem powers when the corresponding gem is showing on the dial? For example, you can only use the soul gem's power when the green gem is showing on the dial.

Pretty sneaky sis.
I see what you did there. My venues have ruled that it goes on one figure for the entire tournament.

Thanks!
Yes, except when the special powers (1,2,3) are showing which have their own rules.

Ahhh. I thought you meant you can assign it to a different figure each round [of the game] ... not each tournament round.
So, when it says "Special Power" in point 3 under Turning the Dial, it is referring to the Beyond Mortal Limits, Aphothesis Approaching and Ultimate Godhood Attained clix-- correct?

Just confirming, as that is how I played it.
Correct.................
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
Would the Infinity Gauntlet's minimum 15 points count towards the build total of 400 points of only Hulk/Galactic Guardians, for the 700 point tournament coming up in May?
Ominous 8: Dr. Doom, Mysterio, M.O.D.O.K., Swarm, the Wizard, the Klaw, dire wraiths, Riptide.
