Don't hate on me, I'm still new to this game and have been having a problem with some of the wording on cards, namely white powers. for example:
to me Elektra's white power:
"Elektra can use charge, flurry, leap/climb and stealth" makes me think that it is ok to change an opposing character and then use flurry since the word 'and' is used. The heroclix 'veteran' at our store says you can't. My argument is that if i can't use charge AND flurry in the same turn with that white power, shouldn't it say:
"Elektra can us charge, flurry, leap/climb OR stealth"
This could just be me thinking WAAAAAY too much in the wording of the special power, but any input is grealy appreciated.

In short, you can use both because of that little word and. You were correct!
EDIT: To clarify...Charge is a power action granting a close combat action which is what Flurry is. Therefore both can be used together. The and helps distinguish between if you have all the powers to use (and) or just some of the powers (or).
EDIT #2: What Suttkus said about the and/or stuff.

You can use Charge and Flurry together, because of the way the powers interact. Charge is a Power Action that grants a Close Combat Action as a Free Action, and Flurry requires a Close Combat Action to activate. As far as the Special Power listing powers like that, the 'and' just means all those powers are available to use. The individual powers still have to work together to be used at the same time.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Special powers do not use boolean "AND" and "OR" when listing powers. The word used be it either "AND" or "OR" is just a linking word. The list of powers in the special powers tells what powers a character can use on any given turn, but if you want to combo them, they need to be comboable.
When Elektra's power says "Elektra can use Charge, Flurry, Leap/Climb, and Stealth." it means that on any given turn she can use any of these powers, but it doesn't change how they interact or the fact that she can be given only one non-free action on the turn. And like others already said, Charge and Flurry do combo as does the "attack on different elevations" part of L/C. You can't combo the Charge with the movement part of L/C, because it requires a move action.
Wording is very important in Heroclix and is very helpful in figuring out how powers can and can't work together.

As beardedtoyman said, Charge and Flurry can be used together because a power action activates Charge, which in turns lets you give a close combat attack.
Similarly, Charge and Close Combat Expert cannot work together as both require power actions to activate.
Also be careful with Hypersonic Speed. HSS is activated by a power action and allows you to make a close or ranged combat attack during the power action. Since you are not giving an action you may not activate another power.
Things that should be clixed:
1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2) He-Man 3) Thundercats 4) Gundam
Basically the 80's needs clixing.

This is correct, but for the wrong reasons.
HSS allows you to make a ranged/close combat attack as a free action. You are giving an action to he character in the middle of HSS to attack. But it is a free action for an attack only, so no powers that require a certain kind of action can activate.

Charge allows you to give the character using Charge a close combat action as a free action, not a mere close combat attack
It will result in a close combat attack but the wording in Charge is very important
It makes Charge work with Incapacitate, Flurry or Exploit Weakness and, because of the close combat action, it will also activate Blades/Claws/Fangs (well, not for Incap, but I digress), if you want to roll a die rather than depend on just the character's damage value
One little suggestion..."Special Powers" not "White Powers" as one has a slight southern stereotype going for it.
hahaha yeahh I just realized that right before i read your comment. I got into the habit of using the color names because the friend i play the most is color-blind... and living in a very *ahem* diverse city, i def need to change that up :-D
