hello, i am wondering if anyone know if mind control and incapacitate are able to be used on friendly targets? in the description of each power there is nothing that would suggest it could not be, but i am not too sure

Unless otherwise specified in a power, you cannot target friendly characters with an attack.

Mind Control and Incapacitate, and most other powers which require an attack, cannot normally be used on friendly characters.

Both of those powers attack a target. You can't attack friendly characters unless the game effect specifically says you can (typically by saying something about "all characters" or something similar).

i now understand, this game promotes...not hitting friends ^_^

In Golden Age you could use the feat card Compel.

Compel 15 points.
Prerequisites: Mind Control.
Choose a character.
When the character uses Mind Control, it can target a single friendly character that has already been given an action this turn. If the attack succeeds, after the action is resolved deal 1 unavoidable damage to the target.
