Question? If cypher steals a TA does monkey joe being considered a bystander also steal the same TA?

I'm not sure when a character has to be added to your force in order to make use of cyphers trait ( I dont think it matters) but would Monkey Joe make use of something like mystic everytime it took damage and then return with mystics TA?....Not just mystics but any TA.



having a free mobile enhancement piece or whatever would be very nice.

He is a character on your team so he can use the team ability.
