Is it possible to target and attack your own charecters?
Example. I was in a game the other night. I was using Dr. Doom and a few doombots followed up by some sheild.
My opponent kept all his figues from being adjaent so I could not hit him with EE. I decided to sacrafice two (of my 3)sheild agents and put got them in B2B contat wth his army. I then used them as the targets for EE and would up killing 3 of his characters. He said I could not do this. I pointed out that no where does it say that I can not target my own charaters.
What do you all think? Is this leagal? If it is I will use it again!

No you can not target your own figs.

And it does say you cannot target your own characters (at least in the online rules, I don't have my book handy). Here it is:

"Targeting Friendly Figures
You cannot target a friendly figure with a damaging attack. Additionally, a character may never target himself with any attack or super power—damaging or healing."

I keep looking thought the FAQ, trying to find out where it states anything on this. But it doesn't. I will admit myself it is a cheap move. funny as hell,but cheap. If I can't use it again, it was worth it once for the look on my friends face.
