Something terrible has happened. At a base deep in the desert, an experiment has gone terribly wrong. An unexplained burst of radiation has caused the base itself to seemingly take on a mind of its own! Two groups of heroes have come to the area to investigate, but each are suspicious of the others' motives. Will the JSA bring peace and justice to this monstrosity?
