Well thats not happening because I'm deliberately leaving the colon out. For some reason it's getting left out when I link it.

1- Rob Hornfeck- A garage band?? Don't know them, but funky I reckon. Don't seem to be the best musicians in the world, but parts of this are really fun to listen to. Overall, enjoyed this song best.

2- Benny Cliff- I could enjoy dancing and drinking to this, if I still danced and drank! I would still enjoy chasing women though. First time I remember hearing "Mama, makka lova tu mee". I liked it.

3- J.J. Cale- Slide guitar makes this song! Got into the tune more as it went on.

4- The Rolling Stones- There's the Stones that I loved from the beginning until now. And then there's this mush. If they had cut it off at 2:00 minutes (maybe even 1:00), we wouldn't have missed a thing. They beat the Termites because it IS the Stones sound, and that is a well earned sound.

5- The Termites- Wanted to say something similar to what I said about the Stones (long and a bit boring), but for some reason this one passed the toe tapping test. I remember someone on here saying that before (don't remember who), and this time it applied. The difference? Maybe familiarity, since I've never listened to the Termites before. But I enjoyed them fine today. I was torn between them and the Rolling Stones.

6- Arrow- Just not a style of music that I can get into. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy some of the songs. Just like disco, and rap there are some real gems in the mix, but for me, this isn't one of them.

J.J. Cale - I just love this song anyway. Seeing the album cover makes me wanna run to the local vinyl shop and get the LP.
Benny Cliff - A very pleasant surprise. My wife is really on a Rockabilly roll right now and will also enjoy this one.
The Rolling Stones - Its the Stones and its good.

Sometimes there is consensus in these, but we are all over the place for this one. Interesting! Funny thing is that Benny Cliff is the bridesmaid for almost everyone. Everyone but Mr. AlienFlanders. What a rebel! And that's a good thing!!!

It's a bit too rockabilly for me, not that its a bad thing, just not in the mood for it at the time of listening.

2. Rob Hornfeck - A decent enough song.
3. The Termites - An OK enough song.
4. JJ Cale - An OK-ish song, nothing really special for me.

Arrow - Well that stood out. And I'm a sucker for horns and a caribbean beat

JJ Cale - Nice, easy and laid back.

Rob Hornfeck - That was kinda fun

Rolling Stones - Really not their biggest fan, but this one was pretty decent

Benny Cliff - I'd leave it on if it came on the radio, but probably wouldn't go seeking it out

Termites - a little on the punky side for me, but I've heard a lot worse.

Well I guess we only have Soxolas to wait on but he has plenty of time because I probably won't do the next one for another week.

Well there's been plenty of time for Soxolas to participate if he was inclined so if VG9 would care to do the numbers we might as well wrap this up.
