Quick Mind Control question

Can you Mind Control someone that has two action tokens on them?
I searched and could not find an answer, so thanks in advance.

Yes, you are able to Mind Control someone that has 2 action tokens on them. Mind control allows you (once you hit of course) to take 1 free action with that character and it can be any action (except double power actions)
