Say my V. Gorilla Grodd Mind controlls a 100+ pt figure w/o battle fury, does it take 1 click of damage, or is it reduced to 0 because of toughness?

I takes the damages thoghness does not reduce the damage

Correct. The MC feedback damage cannot be reduced by any means.
