Utility Belt Question

I have spent like 35 minutes looking for an answer to what is probably an easy question.

Code:

Rules Text-
	BATTLE PLAN: If three or more Utility Belt Items are attached, assigned character can use Indomitable. If five or more Utility Belt Items are attached, you may give the assigned character a free action and select an opposing character within 10 squares and line of fire; that opposing character can't use team abilities until the beginning of your next turn.

If I have 3 assigned items, and use 1 do I lose indomitable?

4 x WKO Champ Two Top 8 finishes at Nationals One Top 8 finish at Worlds 2018 WV ROC CHAMP

I would say yes, since there aren't three attached.

Right, you would. You'd check to see how many is attached every time.

Yes, you no longer have 3 items attached.

Thanks guys, its just a little hard for me to believe. Man.... I used some smoke on the Joker, and the fight just kind of left me. Im tired, Im going to take a nap.... at least thats how I see it :P

So having more things on your belt makes you work harder? Is that why cowboys with large belt buckles wish for the knowledge of how to quit other cowboys but they just keep going?
