Ok, I know this move is illegal and I wouldn't do it, but just think about how much more strategy this would introduce. So, here it is:

So, V Doc Samson Perplexes up his damage and stuff, then he charges forward(not his whole movement) and picks up an object, then a Mandroid or something TK's him, and he charges forward the rest of his charge value, and whaps someone. Really too bad its illegal.

you can pull that off if you plan well enuff. Place the object 10 spaces out in the start of your game, TK Doc next to it, then perplex and charge. That is if your enemy is in range of your charge.

par the doctor with u green goblin and you could basicly do ths tactic leagaly

Or you can taxi Samson, TK an object 10 spaces forward to him, grab and charge.... Perplex before you taxi
