Harvest is a wild card but he may only use the team abilities of friendly characters with the N.O.W.H.E.R.E. keyword.
Harvest may use the team ability "of" a friendly w/ the NOWHERE keyword, but does that TA need to be possessed by the team mate, or does use alone qualify?
Rose is a wildcard, so can she copy a TA and then share it with her boss, or is she a figure out of sync with him in that regards?
Okay, now that that is out of the way, I would think the wording for Wildcard would explain the interaction:
From page 17 in the Rule Book:
Quote
WILD CARDS
Wild card team abilities allow a character to use any
team ability possessed by any friendly character
on the battlefield. A character that possesses
a wild card team ability is called a “wild card.”
Although wild cards can use team abilities, they do
not possess the copied team ability...
Since the power only adds the exception of only friendly figure with the NOWHERE keyword can share their team ability, it follows that they must possess the TA. Maybe there will be more NOWHERE figures that come with their own TA.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
This is what I would have assumed. Silly me for not looking into the rulebook =P
With so many exceptions to the rules and errata after errata and player's guides and final words and forum rulings - sometimes its hard to remember the Rule Book has any relevance at all.

The current rulebook is still excellent.
The "errata" changes you refer to are usually power rewordings and clarifications.
The rulebook itself remains unchanged and special powers are simply altered to work better within the architecture and wording of the rulebook.
