2) "Say goodnight!" Hank's inhuman, mechanical voice rings out as he speeds across the water, a red and blue blur, unleashing a deadly blast of ruby red energy at the distracted Jason Blood! Hank makes a running shot to H8 and blasts Jason! 10 (+1 from perplex) atk. vs 16 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (3,2) for a 5 and just barely a hit! (THANK YOU Hamilton!) Jason takes 4 and is KO'ed! 1 SA and 1 KO for Hank who takes a Mystics click as well though Indomitable takes care of the push. 1 mighty AST for Hamilton!
Despite his best efforts, Hamilton's improvised magic-scrambler does a number on Jason's attempts to defend himself and the monstrous heat-blast from the Man of Tomorrow strikes true, leaving the host of the Demon blasted and burned on the ground, unable to even speak the words that would unleash the Demon!
free) Turning his ruthless gaze to Billy Batson, the Cyborg chuckles menacingly to himself. "What's the matter kid, ain't there something you should be saying right about now? Cat got your tongue maybe?" Man of Tomorrow will use his Total Machine Control special power to make a TK attack with the HO in C8, throwing it at Shazam! 10 atk. vs 15 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (3,4) for a 7 and a hit! Shazam takes 3 and the HO is destroyed. 1 SA for the Man of Tomorrow!
Suddenly, without warning, a metal lamp-post nearby takes on a life of its own, wrapping itself around Billy's throat, choking the air from his lungs even as it stops him from speaking his magic word!
"You fools have NO idea who you're dealing with here!" The Man of Tomorrow snarls.

free) "I don't know what's going on here, but it stops NOW!" Steel fires a hail of spikes at Isis to keep her off balance. Steel Outwits Isis' TK.

Thanks! Yeah, The Cyborg Superman is *insanely* useful for his points, and a terror to play against when he's utilised fully. The more I've used him over these seasons the more I've fallen in love with him!

Ouch, I know it's no fun when lady luck completely turns on you like that, so I certainly won't try to force you to play a game you're not going to enjoy, but are you sure you don't want the chance at a few more STATS at least?

BFC: Alpha Strike Before the beginning of each player's first turn, that player chooses a team symbol possessed by an opposing character. The first opposing character with that team symbol that is defeated is worth additional victory points equal to half of that character's point value.
I've explained myself to you on my PM so you now know why I'm in this situation.
I've just checked the game and realized you had a fumble roll. So it would not be appropriate for me to turn the boat around at this moment when you had a critical miss. That would not be right at all.
I'll pass for the rest of the game and hope for no critical hits on my figures.
