Okay.. wow... just.. wow all those changes... It's looking amazing..
Super strength can now deposit items at your local Square? awesome. but of course, with change comes questions...
Invincible? It ignores half the damage but does not state reduce. does this make it compatible with Damage reducers?- answered by other thread. Not enough time to sort through all the posts!
Quake and B/C/F? this one may be old but I'm just now noticing the close combat action wording.. which lock would take precedence, im guessing quake.
Also, just since i've never seen it.. Quake + Steal Energy... 1 per figure hit?
Sidestep with Super Strength i take it should be fully compatible, but can you drop and object, pick up an object, and drop, pick up, for Super Strength, as many times as you wish? ( or at least move through squares?)- answered by other thread. Not enough time to sort through all the posts!
Empower would not be compatible with B/C/F or Quake due to locking..
Incapacitate versus a target with Mystics TA and 2 tokens.. it does 1 penetrating instead, so does this activate Mystics? Or is this a Wasp, after the action is over, kinda thing?
Smoke Cloud, Barrier, PC, Outwit, Perplex, Affected by range changes, i take it?
Energy Explosion- a figure with 1 printed damage, but 3 targets... say you have a cluster of 6 characters in a 2x3 row. Target the first row of 3, they would have 1 damage to deal among 1 of them, and the back row would each take 3? Targeted characters are always going to be targeted characters, and non-targets not targeted... But the targets would get any enhancement bonuses, critical hit bonus, etc? Also since EE is now whenever the character is given a ranged combat action... Pulse Wave + EE? Penetrating/Psychic Blast + EE? Force Blast + EE? (Plus pulse wave.. ugghhh).. - answered by other thread. Not enough time to sort through all the posts!
Sorry for the spamwall, but inquiring minds, and all that...
I miss? PC it. You hit? PC it. I hit? I can do better, PC anyways. You miss? I DIDN'T SEE SNAKE EYES, PC IT!
If multiple game effects would allow a character to reduce or ignore damage dealt, only one game effect can activate, to be decided by the character’s controlling player.

BCF used to state Single Target character... This may be an oversight on the new one.

Quake and Steal Energy work fine. You would heal 1 for each character that took damage.

Hasn't said that for at least a little while:
Blades/Claws/Fangs
When this character is given a close combat action, you may roll a d6 after making a successful attack roll. The result replaces this character's damage value, then that damage value is locked.
Instead, the reason Quake and BCF doesn't work is this: may roll a d6 after making a successful attack roll.
BCF doesn't kick in until the attack is successful. Meanwhile, Quake locks the damage as soon as you use it. By the time you'd get around to roll the d6, Quake has already done its business.

If the Mystic TA figure already had 2 tokens then yes, the penetrating damage would trigger the Mystics TA. The penetrating damage is instead of the extra token. The other Incap powers that avoid Mystics explicitly state that the damage happens after actions resolve.
However, during a single move, a character may either pick up an object or place it, it can’t do both.

The feedback from Mystics is a fair trade for being able to deal Incap damage to them at all when they are pushed out. It give the player a fresh new choice!
Not strictly related to new PAC, but when i want to pick up an object via SS, i can obviously do it with any kind of movement (move action, phasing, charge, running shot, HSS...) but the object must be adjacent or in the tile my character is when i give the "move" action, thus BEFORE MOVING, right?
No "pick up object" on the move, is it true?

You can pick up an object at any point during your movement.
You might be thinking of carrying a character, for which you must begin your movement adjacent to that character.
