Im asking cause of 3 threads i got into a heated argument less than a month ago, i had commented that certain things were done one way but was over ruled. With the new powers i am now right, i will not say the thread.

It isn't really relevant. As I don't know the rules issue in question I can't really make any specific comments, but I can say that it doesn't make one wit of difference what the rules are now to what the rules were then (of course even that isn't quite right, as the rules now are the exact same as the rules then since these rule changes don't come into effect for two months or so.)

To be clear, as this PAC was not in effect at that time the RAs can't make rulings based on it. The fact that your interpretation happens to now be the correct one doesn't vindicate your ability to interpret the rules.

I was just curious since the response that i got was very derogatory and not having a deputy answer them would have been better than just anyone answering it. I missed the part where its not in effect but at my venue as soon as a pac is available its in effect.

The response you got wasn't derogatory, it was indifferent, especially since you're very vague about the details. It comes off more paranoid than anything.

And your response to the first response is insulting. llyrghmnghyll was trying to give you the most unbiased response possible given what he may or may not know of the situation. This is a public forum, the rules deputies aren't getting directly paid for their help here, and you're starting a thread when most users have gone to bed.

The thing about respect is it must be given to be received.

But if you want conspiracy theories, the rules deputies steal your underwear at night and tap your phone lines. Make sure to leave the milk & cookies out for them!

Technically the new rules and PAC aren't available until Man of Steel comes out. This was a preview of that new content.

However, unlike figures, it's fairly easy to play with a new PAC and rule book if you don't have the official copy yet.

I can easily see venues taking the opportunity to introduce the new rules in this little lull before Titans comes out.

And, while the rules deputy probably had some idea of what changes were going to be made, he can't discus those changes because of non-disclosure agreements, and the fact that he's supposed to rule based on current wording.
