I have a few things I wanted to make sure about before
1) if I use the team base ttT003 Titans: Villains for Hire at the full powers (475+25 (5points x5 due to thier 5 ppl for it)=500) if I want to Solo Adventure
will I be able to pick any one I want I'm not sure what the starting line thing mean fulling)
2)if I have 037a Deathstroke starting on the team base can I have the Society ata on him?
3)can I use a team base for G001 Galactus MY HERALD trait?
Quote
My Herald (600/900 points): As you reveal your force, you may also reveal another figure of 150 points or less to become your Herald. Then each opponent may choose a character on their force to offer up as Herald. You may then either accept an opponent's Herald, or choose your own revealed one. The chosen Herald is added to your force at the beginning or your first turn. Your chosen Herald possesses the Power Cosmic team ability, the symbol, and modifies their combat values by +1. In addition, they can use a standard power as listed on the Herald dial. At the end of your turn, you may freely turn the Herald dial to any slot. (It can't be turned any other way.) When Galactus begins the 600 point dial, you may return your Herald to your starting area on click #1.
I look and yes thier are some team bases that can be play at 150 or less
4)if I wanted to use the team base with all but one person on it and the other off of the team base from the start can I add them to the base druing the game and if so what happen if I play a resource on them?

1. When you solo adventure you check what color of the clicknumber on the team base has. Then you turn the dial of the removed character to the first click number with a matching color. So if the click number on the team base is blue you turn the removed characters dial to the first click with a blue click number.
If you start turning the removed characters dial from click 1 the last starting line you passed, if any, before coming to the specified click is considered the character's starting line. Unless it's an orange starting line which is reserved for AE powers. The character's point value will be the point cost associated with that starting line.
2. Dunno about this. Could see it go either way.
3. Not 100% sure but I suppose you can turn a 150 point or less team base into a herald. It is a character after all.
4. No. Only characters that has been removed from the team base can be attached to it.
thanks normalview now I take it that you not usre about the Herald question and what happen if the following happen
1)I did a action to do solo adventure for Deathstroke to come off
2)I give deathstoke an action to roll an relic and he pick it up
3)I use a team reunited to put deathstorke back on the team base
I will like to know what happen to the relic

I am actually very sure. As indicated in the second post, they are characters. If you've got one that is 150 points or less, there is no reason it couldn't be a Herald. Is there anything that makes you suspect otherwise?

At the moment, we're still awaiting word whether or not these work like replacement characters (AKA like Split/Merge) in which case the team dial would now have the relic, and you could potentially assign the relic to other characters as they split off using Solo Adventure. Or, it is possible these are not really replacement characters (you certainly never make the team dial completely go away), and in that case the relic will likely stay attached to Deathstroke and, if you want to use it again, you'll have to send Deathstroke on another Solo Adventure.
how will the solo part work with the Herald trait will ppl that's leave the base not get the herald power that will be how I would rule it as a judge but I wanted to make sure

Again, it depends on if they are considered replacement characters or not.
If they are, you could transfer the Herald status, like you can with Split/Merge. If they aren't, then you couldn't.

The thing that throws me off with the idea of heralding a team base is this...
The team base itself, without any figures attached, may be 150 points or less and hence legal for herald. The team base can't be played with nobody attached to it. Attaching somebody to it to make it legal to use is modifying the point cost of the selected figure, which to me seems not so different from trying to attach a feat or resource to your chosen herald. It just doesn't seem quite right to me. I am, at the moment, seeing team bases point additions of varying degrees depending on how many people you put on the base, as a different matter from figures with just different point costs for different starting lines.
Just to let you guys know, under force construction it states that no team bases or team members can be assigned resources, roll for relics, or be pilots of vehicles. I hope that helps.
I was wondering something of this sort as well.
If I am running a team base and Dormammu and send a figure that is 150 or under on a solo adventure use
EMPOWER A MINION: Once per game as a free action, choose another friendly character of 150 points of less. That character modifies their combat values by +1.
then reattach the figure would the +1 to all stats transfer over to the team base?
I have a few questions as well,
1st- Lets say I have a 300 point game and I choose to play teen titans at 280 with all 4 pieces attached. Can I send Robin out on a solo adventure? Placing him on the map increases the build total past the 300, or would the only restriction be if I played a 300 point JL base and removed enough characters to go over the total points of the team base itself.
2nd- A figure is removed and dealt damage escapes and then rejoins the team does the damage transfer or would the damage kinda disapear?
Superman goes on a solo adventure hits scarlet witch 1 mystics damage. superman flys back and rejoins the team?

rgstar,
1) the restrictions on 'solo adventure' have nothing to do with the total build but just the total cost of the team base with however many members you have on it.
2) i have seen it ruled in other forums that since it is worded that the 'solo' clicks match the team base color if they were to be damaged all the way to their last click then reattach, the team base wouldn't take any damage and if you were to 'solo adventure that character again it would once again match the team base color even if that meant being at click 1

I'm hoping this makes sense?
The team base is worth what you actually pay for it. There is no way to pay for a team base without any characters attached; you need to have at least 3 attached.
