So okay, flyingicarus and I usually play a game whenever a new set comes out, to spotlight those figures and try them out. Give them a test run. And we've had a bunch of new stuff hit in the last month or so - Teen Titans, Iron Man 3, Man of Steel, and Fear Itself - so we're combining them all into one game.

But as we like to complicate things unnecessarily, we're going to throw a wrinkle into this. We will each run one Marvel team and one DC team. But we will not necessarily play them both every turn. At the start of each player's turn, we will roll one die to determine which team we will play:

1-2: We play both Marvel & DC (Maximum 7 actions)
3-4: We play either Marvel or DC, player's choice
5: Marvel
6: DC

Figures that are KO'd will be replaced with new ones, until we hit 5000 points.

"It is kind of awkward," Superboy said. "I don't quite know how I fit into this reunion."

"Do not worry. As an artificial creation, I often feel the same way," Indigo admitted.

Meanwhile across the street, a different reunion was occurring.

"Babe!" Crusher Creel said.

"Hon!" Titania said, and the two villains engaged in a passionate public display of affection.

"Get a room, you two," Red She-Hulk said.

"I don't know, I think it is kind of sweet that even two ugly malformed toads such as them can find love," Enchantress said, watching them.

"Mandarin!" Iron Man said suspiciously.

"My men! To me," the Extremis soldiers formed a line, separating Iron Man from the Mandarin.

"Don't kid yourself into thinking they'll be able to stop me from getting to you, if you take even one step out of line," Iron Man warned Mandarin.

Are we setting up with our teams opposite each other on the map, or on two adjacent sides?

And while we're at it, how independent are our two teams? If they were close enough, could Superboy TK the Mandarin? Can your Jinx PC an attack roll made by your Iron Man? If I had a DC character with Support, could they use it on one of my Marvel characters?

You'd pick first...whatever you want. I'm open to allowing DC/Marvel to work together with tk, pc etc...or not....I'm ok either way but otherwise I'd say sure, let's work together.

Lois Lane gets out her notepad. A hand pushes her back. "Not here, sweetheart. It's too dangerous for you." Guy Gardner says as he winks and moves away.

"That creep just pulled the male chauvinist card on me," Lois gripes to Superman, "I hate that!".

"Don't I know it," Superman says, "Friends, I know we're an odd grouping but we have a mission today...".

"A mission with Superman?" Red Star says, "You don't need to ask me twice."

"Wonderful," snipes Jinx, "Led by a boy scout and his perv friend, Guy. Life could not be better."

"Keep your opinions to yourself unless you want to lose them," Omen says.
