Can I use this ATA to copy a opposing character's ATA?

Is there any thing in the ATA that says they cannot?

As long as it's not Uncopyable

Me and my brother are currently playing a game and I'm attempting to copy his Thunderbolts and Thunderbolt my Spider-Man 2099 to MoE

Once at the beginning of the game, choose any one Marvel team ability other than an alternate team ability, a wild card team ability, or a team ability that can't be used by wild cards. Characters using this team ability can use the chosen team ability if they can't already.

I'm thinking the bolded part prevents me from doing this.

I think that what you'd be able to do with the Spider-Family ATA would be to copy whichever team ability your opponent chose with Thunderbolts...

EDIT - ...unless, I dunno, you just chose at the beginning of the game, along with your opponent...

He chose Mystics so I would get Mystics. Sounds right.

I'm copying Mystics from my Scarlet Witch. So if I copy his Thunderbolts Mystics would I have double Mystics? Probably a stupid question

I believe you can only gain the effect once. So only 1 mystics damage

Yep. You can't duplicate an effect you can already use.

Sad news for the few WC+Tbolts who could theoretically Tbolt mystics and copy Arachnos/CrossGen.
