ok so I have a few questions about how the gauntlet works and one involving these two clix.
1.On Beyond Mortal Limits as long as the number one is showing does the character retain the use of any gem that is chosen since the gauntlet does not state until next turn?
2.The soul gem, if I damage a character and KO them does that mean I would heal just 2 clicks, or would I heal 3?
3.The power gem with spiderman 2099, on his click 7 through 9 would I possess both RCE and CCE since the gauntlet states that the printed value needs to be 4 or less for CCE and his range value needs to be 5 or more for RCE and spiderman 2099 fills both these requirements at these clicks?

1)It lasts as long as the power is showing
2) If you hit a character in close combat, you will heal from Steal Energy if the soul gem is showing. If you KO an opponent w soul gem showing, you heal 2 clicks. So if you KO a character w a close combat attack w soul gem showing under normal circumstances would heal 3.
3) He would use CCE. His printed range is 4. The range from his power is irrelevant as it isn't his printed range.
so even though the gauntlet does not state that his printed range value needs to be 5 or more he still can not use RCE? The wording is only specific to printed range value on the first part for CCE.
POWER GEM: If character's printed range value is 4 or less, character can use Close Combat Expert. If character's range value is 5 or more, character can use Ranged Combat Expert.

That is not the correct text for the Power Gem. This is:
Immobile: If character's printed range value is 4 or less, character
can use Close Combat Expert. If character's printed range value is 5
or more, character can use Ranged Combat Expert

Beyond Mortal Limits says to choose a Gem at the beginning of your turn that you did not choose last turn, which I understood to mean each choice only lasts until your next choice, at the beginning of your next turn. This response reads as if the Gem I choose is available to me until BML is no longer showing. Am I misunderstanding something?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

That's what I get for just gong to the unit section rather than the PG itself. BML lasts until the beginning of your next turn as long as its showing. From the PG:
