when successfully breaking away with a character with charge or running shot, can they then use these abilities since they are movement attacks. it seems logical to me, being that charge and running shot actions are movement then attack, so i think so but it's not very clear. thanks in advance for reply's.
ALSO, can critical misses and or hits be supersensed out of? for instance, taking the one damage instead of multiple if i roll out of the damage, taking only the one critical damage?
ALSO ALSO, a character under mind control...can he still use any abilities such as outwit, perplex, supersenses etc? can the person who mind controlled the character, can he now use my guys outwits etc against me??
1. Yes
2. SS cant reduce damage. You either take all of the attack or you avoid it.
3. You can use your Mind controlled figure's outwit, etc., but you cant use them against yourself since he is under your control.
1. Yes, if you roll breakaway you may use either charge or running shot.
2. Critical hits can still be supersensed. Critical misses cannot. Like push damage, critical misses are unavoidable.
3. A Mind Controlled Character can use any of their abilities. Thing is, I'm not sure how that'd work with Outwit and Perplex. Since you only get control of the character for one action, after which he reverts back to him or herself, that leaves me with two questions. 1) Since Outwit and Perplex are powers that don't actually take actions to use, I'm not sure you could use them. This is a weird one. And 2) Assuming the answer to 1 is yes, you can use it, once the Mind Controlled character reverts to his owner's control, I don't know if the character he targeted would still be outwitted/perplexed. I'll pass on this one.

If you have a figure with outwit and perplex and then he is MC'ed, he can then outwit you defense , then perplex up his damage then attack you for damage, once the action is over he reverts back to your team and since you cant outwit anything on your own team the outwit then go aways and you defense returns (if you still have it or didn't get ko'ed)
But unless the figure is a Superman Enemy, i dont think any figure has eoth outwit and perplex at the same time, and if it was a SE once he was Mc'ed he would then lose the outwit power....
You can use the non-action powers of your MCed figure, yes. During the MC action, however, only the MCed figure can use Outwit or Perplex. The Outwit does not automatically fade when the MC is over, however; you can only declare Outwit against an opposing figure. Once the Outwit has begun, though, the friendliness is irrelevant.
well what i'm trying to get to, is that..say my figure has been mind controlled, making him part of my opposing players team, also giving him an action token. when my turn comes around, can i still use outwit or perplex abilities. i wouldn't think so, cause the character isn't actually on my team anymore for that one turn. and is this also the case for incapacitate??
You could still use Perplex or Outwit when it came to your turn. First of all, the character is Mind COntrolled only for the duration of the one action of your opponent's. Professor X mind controls your Riddler and makes him attack your T.O. Morrow. As soon as Morrow's attack is resolved, he returns to your control. You could use Riddler's perplex on your next turn because a. he's in your control again and b. Perplex takes no actions to use, so even if the previous action had given him two action tokens he could still use Perplex, even though he couldn't take an action himself.
