While looking at the new Iron Man from IIM(300 point version) I responded to a comment someone made that his Move and Attack is outwittable.

It is my understanding that traits are not outwittable, period. This person responded by telling me that the Powers and Abilities granted by a trait are outwittable. I disagree, as this completely negates the purpose for a trait. It would mean that traits are basically meaningless.

Is this actually true? Are powers and abilities granted by a trait outwittable and I am mistaken?

If they say "can use" then no.
If they say "have" or "possess", yes.
