Is this still playable in silver/golden age or is it a completely dead object?

I was thinking this would be a way to get certain figures to their click 2 sweet spots still, but I guess with the wording being “pushing damage” I’m not so sure… if you’re venue is friendly enough to allow golden age objects anyway make you can talk to your judge about house ruling it to work the same as before (could be house ruled to “unavoidable damage”)
