If someone was to shoot a wall that was on the edge of 2 different levels of elevation would the debris still go on both sides or just the 1 and if its just the one then which one??
When a wall is destroyed, place debris markers in those clear terrain squares adjacent to both sides of the destroyed wall, as shown in Figure 12, to represent the debris remaining after the wall’s destruction.
Indoor: Walls are on all elevations
outdoors: Which elevation is it on?

Why? I don't think there are any rules that say this.
VP is correct. They intentionally removed language from the rulebook that referred to this.
The following quote was in the 2012 Rulebook but was not included in the 2013 Rulebook.

A map labeled “indoor/outdoor” or “outdoor/indoor” follows all the rules of indoor maps. Indoor blocking terrain and indoor walls exist at all elevation levels.
