Need help building a team against Trigon TT Colossal
OK. Im new to posting, so I apologize if I don't have enough info listed but I need help against Colossal Trigon....any advice for figures that would fair well against Trigon? I have 400pts to play with. This is a causal format for fun so I am open to any suggestions and I have quite a few clix. Mostly chase, and super rares from many different sets in both formats. I have quite a few Spiderman, Thor, Wolverine, Skrulls, Batman, Superman figures as well as others....any suggestions or advice on abilities to focus on would be much appreciated. thanks everyone

Stealth would do well against trigon. He also lacks multi-attack, so he should easily be out actioned. You could also throw a few Elsa bloodstones into the mix, she eats colossals for breakfast.
Beat him in initiative roll.
Pick an indoor map with one elevation level.(Bank from Batman!)
Use a Double Barrier team with a long-range penetrating attack.
He's toast.
Elsa Bloodstone is a great idea!
Thank you for submitting this question. We are considering the answer to this and will respond once we have determined a final answer.
Ok. so here is what I have built....please feel free to critique.
Utility Belt (full 14pts)
Batman JLA (032 76pts)
Batman (101 100pts)
Batman (001 200/100/60pts running at 200pts)
Disbanded
Disassemble 3pts
Tank Turrent 3pts
396 of my 400 pts...
My teammate will be running a superman team (super strength, hypersonic).
The idea is for him to grab the tank turret, rush in and hit Trigon for a good chunk, then repeat with other turret. while I perplex, outwit, and range attack....
I just used him recently, and lost 1 of 2 games. The team that beat me had stealth, picked an indoor map and used the AvX Scarlet Witch to nerf my team ability. I also remember them having some pulse wave which ignored Trigon's stop click.
I do have the AvX Scarlet Witch. Would u just replace the 101 Batman? I do know we will be using the same map as last week....Since were playing for fun, and our store Judge is my personal friend, we are just playing for fun and seeing if we can find a way to beat Trigon....I forget the map name but it is a volcano? with lots of lava...Im glad you said something about the tank turret, I didn't know....

I was under the impression that stop clicks were not ignored by pulse wave.

Also, it seems like youre wanting the second 101 batman for the outwit, so you may just want to drop the 001 batman down to the 100 point version. You're not really losing anything from the 001 batman, as you'd still start with flurry/perplex and have a 12 attack (half the time anyway). And having both batmen on the board would give you an extra attacker and target for trigon to work through.
Stop clicks only ignore pulse wave if it is worded in the power (this power cant be ignored). The fear itself mighty have such wording so pulse wave does nothing to them.
ok, so the way I'm reading Trigon's card ability that stop clicks ("Just when you think he is gone"), it does not state that this power can't be ignored....so then the pulse wave would ignore the stop click?
