With the recent changes to Force Blast will Cosmic Spider-Man be able to attack twice since Force Blast can be activated on every attack?

ENIGMA FORCE BLAST: Cosmic Spider-Man can use Force Blast. If he does so, he can then use Ranged Combat Expert as a free action targeting the same character.

No. From the Players Guide:
His free Ranged Combat Expert action only activates if he is specifically given an action to use Force Blast. It will not trigger off the passive effect.
