If I use blades during quake, I am told I don't get to replace my DV with the blades value instead of the 2 from quake, but can I still make the quake penetrating with Silver samurai if I roll low enough on my blades/claws/fangs?

and for my personal opinion, this is not illegal, only ignore the replace of BCF on the quake
