Does Bizzarro dial turns when he takes damage?

I don't see anything in that power that would turn the dial when he takes damage. Only at the beginning of his turn.

The basic game rules say to turn his dial if he is hit with an attack that deals damage. Just like any other character. His trait does not alter that.

It also sayes " when you take damage, remove one token" you can also argue that you turn the dail then remove the token. No where does it say "instead of taking damage"

I agree with you would turn the dial if he takes damage. The purpose of the tokens is Bizarro has no KO clix. The absences of tokens is what KO's this figure. NOWHERE in the power does it state that you DO NOT turn the dial when he takes damage. THEREFORE all standard rules apply. If he takes damage, you turn the dial for the amount of damage taken. IN ADDITION, at the beginning of your turn you roll to clix his dial that many times.

I assume the same would be true when he heals. Would he turn his dial if he uses Steal energy while he still has all of his Orrazib tokens?

He would turn his dial in both cases and would be considered healed. He just can't turn his dial past his green starting line this way.
