Wasp uses Incapacitate on Circe who already has 1 token.
The second token inflicts 1 click of damage to Circe.
Because of Incapacitate putting a second token on the figure it takes a click of damage.
Because Incapacitate is an attack and it did cause damage to Circe does that cause Wasp to take a click of damage from the Mystic Ability? The Mystic Ability does state that anytime this character takes damage because of the result of an attack, it uses magic to fire back and inflict a click of damage to the opposing character.
Push damage is by definition not damage from an attack, and so will not activate the Mystics ability. Wasp never damages Circe; the only effect of Wasp's attack is to place a token. If the token is her second, and causes her damage, that has nothing to do with Wasp.
Obviously the player intended to damage Circe, but Wasp did not damage her, and the damage was not from an attack.

If you give an action (other than pass) to the same character on two consecutive turns, that character takes 1 click of damage after he resolves his current action.
It doesn't even happen during the action; the damage is from pushing, not from an attack.
I try to incapacitate Vet Crice with my Wasp who is standing Adjacent to my vet Pyslok, if I enhance the incapacitate who takes the damgage? Wasp? Pyslok?
I'm pretty sure Wasp, but just checking.
Cordelia: I personally don’t think it’s possible to come up with a crazier plan.
Oz: We attack the Mayor with humus.
Cordelia: I stand corrected.
Oz: Just keeping things in perspective.
Cordelia: Thank you.
because enhancement grants any ranged attack 1 damage, so incapacitate while b2b with an enhancers allows the incapacitator to deliver 1 damage. 2 if it's a 2nd token, along with the 1 from enhancement.
hope that helps.

Incapacitate reduces the figure's damage to 0---for that action, it is just like the figure has a 0 in his damage slot. 0 is no different from any other number, and Enhancement can increase it if it is used for ranged combat.
