Can MM still shun off PB'd damage and SS still can roll to dance around PB'd damage?

Mastermind and Super Senses will still work against a PB ranged attack. I'm not sure if the Master Minded damage will still ignore defensive powers however... I think you only mastermind the damage and NOT the power effects that come with damage. For example if you MM Energy Explosion, the MM damage wouldn't still cause additional splash.

Personally I've never been able to Mastermind anything with PB, much less PB&J. I guess I still carry a weakness for the nostalgia of that good ol' wholesome goodness.

We got a final answer from DrG, just yesterday, I believe, that Masterminded damage can still benefit from the original Psychic Blast.

Thanks for the clarification Herocomplex, does that mean that Masterminded Energy Explosion would cause splash damage from the position of the Masterminder or the Masterminded?
