Need some help on the clarification on perplex, outwit, and PC.
Out can be used on your turn to turn off a power which lasts until the beginning of your next turn. It can be used at the beginning or end of the action or turn and the target power remains off even after the person is damaged? Outwit can't be used to shut off a power of someone attacking you when its not your turn?
PC says it can be used once during your turn and once during your oppenents turn.
Perplex uses the same wording as Outwit except lasts until the end of your turn. Which would be the start of your oppenents turn. Perplex ends once the target is damaged?
So I have heard some say that you can use perplex once per round and others only on your turn. For example, If I am using Mystique and it is my opponents turn, they attack Mystique and she hasn't used perplex yet, can she perplex her defence up or the attackers values down?
If perplex only works during your turn and ends at the end of the turn it can only be used to boost your attach or reduce an opponents defence? You can never perplex your defence up as it ends at the end of your turn?

That is correct. Say it's my turn, Mystique uses perplex to up her damage and smack someone for three. That is the end of perplex. Now lets say i have a Doc Samson on my team who didnt use his perplex that turn, if he were to be attacked he could not use perplex, as it is for use "During your turn." Unlike outwit, which lasts until the beginning of your next turn, perplex is only for use from the time your turn starts (your opponent says "i'm done, you're up"), to the time your turn is finished (you say, "i'm done, you're up").
We've all done things we regret after a good cross country meet, but what those clones did is unacceptable.
