I have a zero range Incap. Can I uncap someone by hitting them with an ultra light object?

incapacitate is in attack that deals no damage but...regardless
to throw in object you must give yourself a ranged combat action to do so.
Same as to do pulsewave-P/PB. It wont stack its not like melee attacks modifying damage value.

to use In cap you either give your self a close combat action or a ranged combat action.
To do Pulse wave you give yourself a Ranged combat action. Same as Psychic blast.
To throw an object give yourself a ranged combat action.
Neither abilities will stack.

Its not like blades or steal energy that activates when you use Close combat actions.
