Specially can I use "Protected" to ignore the damage dealt by "Endurance"
Protected
Choose a character.
(Optional) If the character does not already have two action tokens on it, damage dealt to the character as a result of a single action is ignored. After that action is resolved, give the character an action token and remove this feat from the game. If the character already had one action token on it, giving it a second action token deals pushing damage normally.
Endurance
Prerequisites: {fist} and {starburst}
Choose a character.
When the character would be dealt pushing damage, you can instead choose to deal no damage to the character and put an endurance token on this card. If there are endurance tokens on this card when the character is given an action, after the action resolves, roll a d6. On a result of 1 or 2, deal the character unavoidable damage equal to the result plus the number of tokens on this card, then remove all tokens from this card.
What you want is something that will block or ignore the effects of the feat rather than the damage.
Heres what you want:

Give the character a power action. Place a thwart token on a target feat card assigned to a character that is 10 or fewer squares from the character and to which the character has a clear line of fire. The target feat is ignored until a character to which it is assigned is given a power action specifically to remove the thwart token.
Load up your Endurance figure from Nova Blast or some other hard to ignore pushing damage source and then just turn it off for the rest of the game.
Umm... I don't think Thwart would do what you want it to do. Namely, it would prevent you from being able to use the feat (meaning you couldn't put Endurance tokens on it while there is a Thwart token on it) so you could only use it once (or twice if you're lucky enough not to hit the roll) before you'd have to shut it off... not worth preventing normal pushing damage.
Granted, this is a good way to use Nova Blast without taking the damage from it (although quite expensive as you'd have to devote 20 points in feats AND worry about having a figure with OW/Mastermind in the build so it's an option at all)... can't say I've ever thought of it, but you'd have to build the right team to do it.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
