When was Steph Brown a BOP? I ask in regards to your TTPC.

Steph was part of BoP during Dixon's run. Oracle took her on with Canary to train her up at the request of Tim Drake (in Robin - also Dixon's at the time). The Vet even got the keyword which made me particularly pleased back in the day as a huge Stephanie fan

I tried to find the issues like I did with the commish's during the draft, but the search "Birds of Prey AND Spoiler" produces spoilers for the now long aired Arrow episode called Birds of Prety.

Gotcha. Weird I don't remember the Robin bit as I read his book religiously.

It was when Dixon was writing all of Nightwing, BoP and Robin at the same time. Maybe it happened in BoP proper but Robin (I think maybe on Nightwing's recommendation) was involved in trying to get Steph properly trained.

Trying to figure out what to do here .. you team is really dangerous.

I loved that period, although I only dabbled in BoP. Dixon is one of my all-time favorites.
