The X-Men are gearing up for war so come and join me my fellow mutants. I'm looking for any good suggestions on some X-Men clixs with ability outwit or probability to put on my team.

DP Cable and WatX Longshot are the main Probers. If you're playing Golden/Silver Age GSX Beast and Professor X are great Outwitters, AvX Emma if modern.

M10 Dark Phoenix.

The M10 Dark Phoenix is a really great piece but it's a little to high on points.

Even on her 100 point(best) dial?

I don't know why I didn't think of that. That would work out well, now I just have to get one.

Guys like Forge from WatX is a fantastic piece (even better than outwit, which only counters possessed powers, Forge makes it so the can't use their powers, and for 90pts he's great).

Definitely run Longshot and DP Cable. Can't go wrong with either of those and both are modern age.

Personally, I really like AvX Cyclops. Has outwit and enhanced targeting so that he can outwit through blocking terrain.

But Outwit and PC don't make a team in and of itself. A Nightcrawler/ Wolverine DofP combo is pretty wicked. Drag wolverine midfield on turn on, mangle someone with his Charge, BFC, Flurry combo on turn two.

If you're going golden age, however, definitely look into the GSX Professor X (the 123pt version). He has outwit (traited because of a misprint) and perplex on click two, along with Mind Control and P/PB with 2 targets and 8 range. But the real kicker is his trait, "In contact with Cerebro". So long as he is in your starting area, he may draw range and line of sight from any friendly character that he shares a keyword with. Absolutely nasty when paired with teleporters like Blink and Nightcrawler.
