Weaponer of quark has a special power that says at te begining of a turn he can choose a standard power. He chooses poison. Poison says at begining of the turn he can do 1 damage to all adjasent characters.
Sence all is at the begining of the turn.
Does all adjasent characters get 1 damage because of poison?

1 - Yes. the active player chooses the order of the "beginning of your turn" events. The beginning of your turn lasts until you take a non free action.
2 - All opposing characters. It can be reduced though.
EFFECTS THAT OCCUR AT THE BEGINNING
OR END OF A ROUND OR TURN
Before the first player takes his or her turn in a
round, effects that occur “at the beginning of a
round” resolve. When a player begins his or her
turn, first resolve and end all effects that last “until
the beginning of your turn” or “until your next turn,”
then resolve all effects that occur “at the beginning
of your turn.” Game effects activated by free
actions may also be resolved during the “beginning
of your turn” or the “end of your turn.”
After a player has declared their turn over but
before the next player begins their turn, first resolve
and end all effects that last “this turn” or “until the
end of the turn,” then resolve all effects that occur
“at the end of your turn.” After all players have taken
a turn in a round, effects that occur “at the end of a
round” resolve.

TIMING
The order in which simultaneous effects are
resolved is determined by the active player
(the player whose turn it is), followed only
when necessary by other players, beginning
with the next player and in turn order.
Do you realize that nobody who answers on here is considered to be an official source of rulings? The only officially recognized people for that are found on the website linked above.
That said, there is no higher authority in this game than the actual rules. When a person answers and shows you quite clearly where that answer comes directly from the rules, you can pretty much rest assured that is the answer. (EDIT: Though, to be fair, I looked back and saw that the RB quote wasn't there until after you asked for a mod. BTW, the official people aren't mods. They are the deputies.)
This question came up as I was in a game. I decided to ask here in Hcrealms, because I consider the answers to be the closes to a ruling coming out of the Wizkids website.
I don't want my asking for a moderator confirmation to be Interpreted in a bad way. I had read Page 7 but not all players were satisfied with the rulebook and the first answer. So, I was told to ask that a moderator confirmed it. That's why I asked.
Is it okay to ask that a moderator confirms an answer?
I have to say, I appreciate very, very much, the answers I get here. From everyone, from DarthUr, from kbean08, from Quebbster, and from Harpua. Your answers help a lot, and thanks, thanks, for helping.
And please, do not interpreted the asking for a moderator to confirm the first answer in a bad way.
Moderators are just moderators. Some are very good at answering questions, sure, but they have no rules authority. Asking for a moderator to answer a question is pretty meaningless (unless you wish to report the question for breaking a forum rule, I suppose).
If by asking for a moderator, you mean you wish an official, WK-approved answer, then the WES link given above is your one and only option.
Can't fault the guy for pleasing the absent minded goobers he plays with who don't believe what is written in the rule book for the game he plays. If they want a Mod, he asks for a mod.
The rules are well written. I like that very much.
There are many reasons, it is a second language, for people to familiarize and see many new situations in the game, takes more than one year, among other.
Not every player had more than a year playing. After reading page 7 not all were satisfied.
POISON
At the beginning of your turn, give this character a free action and deal 1 damage to each adjacent opposing character.
SIDESTEP
Give this character a free action; it can move with a locked speed
value of 2.
Question:
At the beginning of the turn. Can a character move with side step, then use poison to affect all adjacent opposing characters? My fist answer is no, because sidestep does not have the wording "At the beginning of your turn", would that be correct?

Free actions can be given any time during your turn unless their description specifically says otherwise. This includes the beginning of the turn.
Using Side Step before Poison is no different than using Outwit or Leadership before Poison. All perfectly fine.
